I am a single female, no pets and non smoking.
I have moved from South Africa to Groningen to complete my PhD in Plant Ecology.
I am quiet and peaceful, and like a clean and organized place.
I enjoy dinner and movie nights with friends, but I am an early bird and like to get a good night's rest. I therefore am looking for a place that is fairly well soundproof.
I am looking for an unfurnished apartment for the next 3.5 years with own kitchen, bathroom and shower, connection for washing machine. A space of more than 30 m2 would be preferable. I would also like to be able to apply for rental allowance, so my budget is 730 excl.
Please let me know if you have a possible apartment which I can visit.
