Spacious and light apartment on the 7th floor and overlooking the city of Groningen (almost 100m2). The apartment is located in the South of Groningen in a peaceful neighbourhood 10 min by bike from the city centre. There is plenty free parking space available around the building.
The apartment has a spacious kitchen, dining and living room connected to the balcony. There are many windows giving you a lovely view over the neighbourhood and it's surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped with an automatic coffee machine running on fresh coffee beans. Furthermore there is a stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, water boiler and a large wooden kitchen table.
The living room has a large L-sit sofa where you can enjoy watching your favorite series on Netflix. A huge slide door gives you access to a balcony with a view. There is a Sonos music system for your music pleasure!
The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe, 2-person bed with comfortable Auping mattresses. The bed consist of two separate mattresses.
Optional is use of second bedroom. It is also spacious and has one person bed. If you would like to stay here with a baby, please contact us. We can arrange a sleeping bed for babies.
The bathroom is basic but clean and spacious. It has a shower with shower curtain, toilet and a sink. There is also a separate toilet accessible from the hallway.
Not included is a weekly (or bi-weekly) cleaning lady for 30 euro's per week. Not included in the monthly fee price.
